Results of spring constant calibrations for three cantilevers using the methods and instruments indicated. Average spring constants are given in units of N/m The standard deviations are also given in parentheses as percentages of the averages. No standard deviation is given for the frequency scaling method because the cantilever dimensions were only measured once and the density and modulus values used were taken from the manufacturer’s documentation.
