Fuji SR image plate data. Foil strips making up the Ross pairs are clear, and the gold washer supporting a circular fiducial grid is seen on the right.

The spatial fiducial grid, contained in a gold washer, imaged onto Agfa D8 film. From the primary image, the resolution was measured to be FWHM. The shadow is the result of plasma plume leaking past one edge of the tilted substrate and acting as a second source for the ungated detector.
