(a) The incident angle-dependent SERS spectra of ATP. The integration time of all SERS spectra is 10 s and the laser power is 8 mW. (b) The SERS peak intensities of the ATP at 1435 (○), 1141 (◻), and (◇) are plotted with the incident angle. The SPR curve was recorded as the interval of 0.02°. (c) The simulation SPR curve and the mean square electric field at different incident angles under the total reflection condition. The amplitude of the electric vector of the incident wave in prism was taken as a unity. The incident angle was from 40.00° to 50.00° with the interval of 0.01°.
