A set of nonlinear differential equations, that describes the moving relativistic solitons with the ion response taken into account, is investigated analytically and solved numerically. We study the influence of the ion motion on the soliton structure and show that depending on the propagation velocity we have either the bright, dark solitons or electromagnetic collisionless shock waves.
