Plasma created by the femtosecond laser pulse with intensity was used as a source of protons with mean energy of 26 keV. Conversional deexcitation of 14.4 keV nuclear state of excited by impact of these protons, was observed. Abnormally high energy transfer (up to 70%) from protons to knocked out electrons was also registered.
