The Influence of a Transversal Magnetic Field on the Energy of an Electron under der Rashiba—and Dresselhaus Spin Orbit Interactions

In this paper one presents further details concerning the derivation of exact bound state energies characterizing a single electron moving on two‐dimensional heterostructures under Rashba‐and Dresselhaus spin‐orbit interactions in the presence of a transversal magnetic field. One resorts to algebraic methods as well as to symmetry relationships concerning the mutual conversion of interactions mentioned above.
