In this study, a theoretical model of ferroelectric‐paraelectric superlattice is built based on the Tilley‐Zeks model within the context of Landau‐Devonshire theory. We then study the switching process in the system with equal thickness in each layer under a constant step electric field. The results show that increasing temperature reduces the switching time, but increasing interlayer coupling constant increases the switching time.
