Effects Of Spin Coating Speed On Nanostructured Titanium Dioxide Thin Films Properties

Nanostructured titanium dioxide thin films have been deposited on glass substrate using sol‐gel spin coating method. The spin coating speed have been varied at 2000, 4000, 6000 and 8000 rpm respectively. The resulting thin films have been characterized for structural and optical properties.
