The results for the ac conductivity over temperature range (180–300 K) and frequency range (2–20 kHz) for the glassy films deposited thermally in vacuum are presented. The temperature dependence of ac conductivity reveals the signature of correlated barrier hopping transport in the frame work of Meyer‐Neldel rule.
