(MTO) ceramics have been prepared by the Mechanochemical processing (MCP) method. The effect of milling parameters and sintering temperature on structural, microstructural and on dielectric properties has been investigated. Low frequency (1 kHz to 1 MHz) dielectric properties of MTO ceramics have been studied in the temperature range of room temperature to along with the microwave dielectric properties. The measured dielectric constant and dielectric loss (tanδ) were in the range of 15 to 23 and to respectively. Raman spectra of MTO ceramics were obtained and all the ten Raman modes were as expected theoretically. The influence of the processing parameters on the dielectric properties of MTO ceramics have been studied systematically.
