In this paper, a novel measurement technology for ultra-low frequency vibration using orthogonal homodyne interferometer is introduced. The system can calculate the real-time velocity and the acceleration process accurately, and the target displacement under test can reach one meter. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can realize real-time absolute calibration for the transducer undergoing the effects of ultra-low frequency and large amplitude.
