Coulomb excitation of the proton-rich nuclei
was studied using radioactive
beams at 58, 53 and 58 MeV/u impinging on lead targets. The reduced transition probabilities
were measured. The ratios of the neutronmultipole matrix element to the proton one |Mn/Mp| were extracted from the measured B(E2) values combining with the ones of their mirror transitions, and compared with shell model calculations.
