Peculiarities of fringe phase analysis in two-wavelength interferometry are considered from the viewpoint of extending the unambiguous range of measurements. Noise-immunity of extending the unambiguous range was investigated by computer modeling taking into account random fluctuations of fringe phases with Gaussian probability density. New method of extending the unambiguous measurement range in two-wavelength interferometers is suggested and investigated. Experimental results are presented and recommendations to increase the noise-immunity of the twowavelengths interferometric systems are given.
