The LOREX‐ solar neutrino experiment is designed to measure the solar neutrino flux integrated over the last few million of years using lorandite minerals from Allchar mine (Macedonia), by measuring the content resulting from neutrino capture in The mean depth of the sample has to be determined by measuring the depth dependent cosmic ray induced production of isotopes and to evaluate the background contributions. The basic idea is to accelerate the beams of above isotopes to energies required to obtain the fully stripped ions and separate them employing the resulting difference in q/m ratios.
