Patterned grafting of polymer brushes onto flexible polymer substrates
Scheme of the process. Selective irradiation of an ETFE-Foil with EUV radiation creates radicals in the polymer. Subsequent grafting of polystyrene leads to the growth of a three-dimensional structure.
