Inner-shell photodetachment of He is studied near the He  1s2s2p  4Po-->He  2s2p  3Po threshold. The spectrum over this region shows significant suppression of He+ signal production due to postcollision interaction (PCI) effects. The observed shape and absolute cross section are in general agreement with theoretical predictions when corrections for semiclassical PCI effects are included.
