Using an RNA/peptide dual-aptamer probe, both PSMA (+) and PSMA (-) prostate cancer cells were simultaneously detected by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. This approach can be applied as a general tool for early diagnosis of prostate cancer. ©2010
