Acoustics Research Letters Online (ARLO) is an electronic letters journal of The Acoustical Society of America (ASA) devoted to research in all fields of acoustics. ARLO accepts multimedia content. ARLO articles are free without subscription fee* to all individual readers with an up-to-date browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (which are free to download). ARLO articles are processed by a web-based Manuscript Management System (MMS), which includes peer review using many associate editors and reviewers of The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America (JASA). The time from submission to publication can be as little as one month. ARLO articles are searchable and linkable through the Online Journal Publishing Service (OJPS) of the American Institute of Physics (AIP), which publishes and archives articles for ASA.
