How do I get a replacement for an incorrect or unusable digital document purchase?
Please take note of the following customer service policies:

Corrupt or otherwise unusable PDF files: Should you find that a PDF that you purchased is corrupt or otherwise unusable, please note that, following charge confirmation and acceptance of the charge, you will have a grace period of twelve hours (from the time you accepted the charge) to download and/or view the PDF again. If you still have an unusable PDF after additional attempts to redownload the file, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Charge disputes: charge disputes should be reported to your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures, and not directly to Customer Service. Your credit card company will contact AIP for problem resolution. If you require more information on this policy or have questions about specific charges, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Where can I download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat products for use with the Digital Library?
The latest version of Adobe Acrobat products can be downloaded at Adobe's corporate site.
Where can I get help in configuring my browsing and PDF viewing software for use with the Digital Library?

Microsoft Internet Explorer
The Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in is installed automatically on Windows and Macintosh platforms. When this plug-in is used, PDF files are displayed within the Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) browser window. The browser may also be enabled to use the Reader as a helper application. For more details, refer to Adobe's Support Knowledgebase on how to configure for Windows or Mac platforms.

Netscape
The current version of Acrobat permits the user to view PDF files, using Acrobat as either a browser plug-in, or as a helper application, by enabling or disabling Web Browser Integration in the General Preferences configuration.
