TOC Alerts
This form allows you to activate delivery of table of contents alerts. To confirm your identity and prevent third parties from activating or canceling alerts without your knowledge, an e-mail message with a confirmation code will be sent to the address you specify in the form. Simply follow the instructions to confirm either request.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to unsubscribe, you'll be asked to enter the e-mail address you used to subscribe and check off those alerts you wish to cancel. As the system currently does not display your active alert selections, please save the sign-up confirmation e-mail message(s) you receive so you have a record of your active alert lists.
